PURCHASE POLICY

PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICY FOR USERS
ALL OUR SNEAKERS ARE IMPORTED REPLICAS

By this document, the individual or legal entity identified in the System Registration, which is an integral part of this Agreement, and Savontre Montre, a private company, hereby agree to the terms of this contract once the user's registration is approved, under the conditions described below.

The parties agree that, for the purposes of this agreement, the only official and authorized sales channel of the company is the website www.usesavontremontre.com, and all commercial transactions must be carried out exclusively through this website.


1 – Purchase Procedure

The user may purchase products from Savontre Montre after registering with accurate, updated, and truthful information about themselves on the payment processing platform, complying with the Terms of Use, conducting transactions on their own behalf (not on behalf of third parties), and having the legal capacity to enter into contracts and transfer ownership of goods.
Once registered, the user will select the desired product(s) and complete payment through the chosen method.
After payment has been successfully processed and the amount received by Savontre Montre, the order will be confirmed via email using the information provided by the user.
No product will be shipped before the payment is confirmed and verified.
Order confirmation establishes a binding agreement between both parties (Savontre Montre and the USER), in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Savontre Montre reserves the right to cancel orders if clear errors or inaccuracies are identified in product listings or pricing.
Savontre Montre will ship products to the address provided by the user. If the user submits incorrect or incomplete shipping information, any additional shipping costs incurred due to reshipment or delivery failure will be the responsibility of the user.


2 – Shipping & Delivery

Savontre Montre ships physical products internationally using third-party logistics partners. The company is not responsible for issues during transport such as loss, theft, or damage, as such risks are borne by the shipping carrier and not considered inherent to our commercial activity.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary according to the laws of the destination country. Please check with your local customs authority before making a purchase.
If a package is returned, refused, or held by customs due to issues with the customer's documentation, identity verification, or failure to comply with local import regulations, Savontre Montre is not responsible for any resulting losses. Reshipping may be available upon payment of a new shipping fee and provision of valid recipient information.


Shipping Tracking

Savontre Montre works with global logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times and tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance process, and the policies of our partner carriers.
Savontre Montre is not responsible for delays or lack of tracking updates once the package has been handed over to the shipping partner.
