Return & Refund Policy
At Savontre Montre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have up to 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery to request a return and full refund, excluding shipping fees. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout, and the time it takes to reflect will depend on the payment method.
1.1 Credit Card Purchases
Refunds for credit card purchases may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging intact. Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, scratches, or missing packaging may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. If approved, Savontre Montre will refund the original product price (excluding shipping fees).
Shipping Costs
If a return is approved, Savontre Montre will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received at our facility, we have up to 7 business days to inspect the item(s) and process the refund.
The refund will only be issued after the product has been received and approved by our quality team.
The entire process, from product return to refund, may take up to 7 business days.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
If the returned product does not match the condition or technical specifications it was originally sent in, Savontre Montre reserves the right to refuse the refund.
